Shipping policy

Please give us 24 hrs to process your order. We only ship M-F during postal business hours and ships from our workshop in Clayton, NC. You will recieve a tracking number on every order.

USPS delivery times for addresses within the U.S. vary by shipping service, from overnight with Priority Mail Express, to over 5 days with Parcel Select Ground. International delivery times vary by shipping service from 1 to 3 day delivery with Global Express Guaranteed to up to 20 days for First Class Package International Service.

** Please note our policies on returns and exchanges upon ordering. If an item should arrived damaged, it MUST be reported within 24 hours of when the package was delivered!
