RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Cul de Sac Critters, we take pride in creating high-quality handmade wood products. Because each item is custom-made to order, we have a limited return policy.
DAMAGED ITEMS ONLY
We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged during shipping. All sales are otherwise final.
If your item arrives damaged:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery at culdesaccritters@gmail.com
• Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
• We will replace the damaged item at no cost to you or issue a full refund
CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Because our products are handmade and often personalized with custom names, locations, or phrases, we cannot accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect personalization provided by customer
• Color variations due to natural wood grain
• Minor differences from product photos (each piece is unique)
QUALITY GUARANTEE
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it or issue a full refund.

** Please note our policies on returns and exchanges upon ordering. If an item should arrived damaged, it MUST be reported within 24 hours of when the package was delivered!
